Hospitality System Manager Reservations (HSM) software was designed

rnrecording, invoicing and reporting of guest charges.

rnHSM is easy to learn, particularly for small hospitality
rnestablishments. The graphical reservations calendar shows
rnconfirmed, unconfirmed and checked in reservations for every room.
rnThe room charges can be customized to match the accounting codes of
rnthe financial system, and income reports can be exported to allow
rnefficient updating of the financial data.

rnHSM has been designed to integrate with certain telephone systems
rnto allow telephone call charges to be collected and markup rates to
rnbe applied to suit different guest classifications e.g. owner,
rnlong stay, casual etc. Telephone systems currently supported
rninclude the Panasonic digital telephone systems KX-TD816,
rnKX-TD1232 and KX-TD500, and Ericsson BP250.
