Graphical device optimization and constraints
management can be done through the MultiView Navigator
(MVN) and Timer interfaces. These interfaces provide

place-and-route tools to quickly achieve timing
closure.
Actel's Timer offers a convenient and thorough method
for analyzing, debugging, and validating the timing
performance of a design. In addition, SmartPower,
another Actel tool, enables static and dynamic power
analysis.
